June means many things to many people.

 

Tax returns, EOFY sales, or time for the annual Euro Summer trip.

 

For Earlywork, it meant: more people in sales jobs and way too many Michael Jackson references (courtesy of a team trip to MJ the Musical).

How's Everything With Earlywork?

In the depths of Winter, things are heating up 🔥.

🧡 We helped 12 Earlyworkers switch into sales careers this month

🚀 Coolest Earlyworker background: aerospace engineering

🙌 Welcomed BizCover, HiPages, EngageTech and ITSEC as new first time hirers

Beyond the numbers, we had some amazing partner events and some of the team where getting busy with their own pursuits (more on that below).

The Team Have Been Talking About...

IOS 26 Call Screening Features

What's Happened? Apple announced that in IOS 26, all callers from unsaved numbers will be prompted for their name and why they're calling.

 

Both details will now appear on the IPhone of the person receiving the call which they can accept or decline.

The Team's Take? Gone are the days of high volume, unpersonalised timing. In are the days of higher quality, personalised outreach.

 

The bar for great sales craft keeps getting higher. Meaning those that dedicate time to improve their sales skills will have a higher reward than ever.
